Kara Shrader, LPCC

Kara has been a licensed mental health counselor since 2018. She works with both teenagers and adults, providing a safe and supportive space where clients can explore challenges and discover new paths forward. Kara works with clients from all walks of life. She also treasures her roles as a wife, mother of two, and her Christian faith, which help shape the care and compassion she brings to her work.
Kara’s approach is grounded in evidence-based interventions, ensuring that treatment is both compassionate and effective. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM), specialized therapies designed to help clients heal from trauma. In addition, she draws from a variety of proven methods to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and disordered eating.

Korey Shrader, LMHC
Director of Operations/Owner
Korey works with both teens and adults, with a particular passion for supporting men as they navigate life’s challenges, relationships, and personal growth.
Korey is trained in EMDR, a specialized therapy designed to help clients heal from trauma. He also uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients identify practical steps toward meaningful and sustainable change. He values a holistic approach to wellness and is passionate about fitness, healthy living, and helping clients build habits that support their mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
Outside of his work as a therapist, Korey is a dedicated father, husband, and an active follower of his Christian faith, which guide his compassion, integrity, and genuine care for the people he serves.

Kayla Rogers, LPCC
Clinical Supervisor
Kayla has been a clinical therapist for over 10 years, supporting individuals and families in a wide range of settings including inpatient care, in-home family therapy, eating disorder treatment programs at multiple levels of care, and outpatient therapy. She has experience helping clients navigate eating disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, grief, stress, and spiritual concerns. Kayla is also trained in evidence-based trauma therapies including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Lifespan Integration.
Her therapeutic style is warm, flexible, and collaborative. Kayla draws from a variety of modalities so that treatment can be personalized and aligned with each client’s needs, goals, and comfort level. Some of the approaches she frequently uses include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, Lifespan Integration, and Client-Centered Therapy.
Above all, Kayla is committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered. She considers it an honor to walk alongside individuals as they work toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.

Kimberly Mondragon, LMHC
Kimberly graduated from Eastern New Mexico with her Master of Arts in Counseling in 2025. She works with children, teens, and adults. Kimberly is a compassionate therapist who believes deeply in each person’s capacity for healing and growth. She integrates somatic therapy, play therapy techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered modalities to create an individualized and supportive experience for every client. Kimberly enjoys working with people from all walks of life and strives to provide a safe, grounded, and encouraging space where clients feel truly seen and understood.
Outside the therapy room, Kimberly is a dedicated mother whose life experiences enrich her connection with the families and individuals she serves. Her Christian faith informs her values of empathy, integrity, and hope, and she welcomes clients of all backgrounds and belief systems with genuine respect and openness.

Hannah Gaylord, LMHC
Hannah is a licensed mental health counselor who works with children, adolescents, and adults, providing a supportive space where clients can heal, grow, and build resilience. She values the opportunity to walk alongside clients through life's challenges and believes in meeting each person with empathy, respect, and understanding. Hannah also treasures her roles as a mother and Christian, which help shape the care and compassion she brings to her work.
Hannah is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Perinatal Mental Health. She has also completed play therapy trainings and frequently incorporates play-based interventions into her work with children. Her approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and draws from person-centered therapy, CBT, and play therapy techniques to help clients navigate concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and emotional regulation.
As a science enthusiast, Hannah enjoys helping clients understand the connection between physical and mental health. She is passionate about educating clients on the brain-body connection and how life experiences, emotions, and stress impact overall well-being, making complex concepts approachable for children, adolescents, and adults alike.

Cheyenne Lesperance
Office Administrator
Cheyenne serves as the Office Administrator and is often one of the first friendly faces/voices clients encounter. Having lived in the East Mountains her entire life, she values the sense of community and connection that comes from serving the area she proudly calls home.
Outside of the office, Cheyenne is passionate about her faith, family, and cooking for everyone she knows. Whether assisting with scheduling, answering questions, or helping clients feel at ease, Cheyenne is committed to making every interaction a positive one.
